PSN works with Property Managers and the rental housing industry to meet today's sustainability-related challenges through information and actions that can help change behaviors. 

Ultimately, the goal is to reduce the "environmental footprint" of our multi-residential apartment buildings and to promote more sustainable apartment living. 

There are numerous actions that property managers, REIT's and others involved in the rental housing marketplace can take to enhance the sustainability of their buildings, and to further their ESG (environmental, social and governance) related objectives. While structural, maintenance and operational upgrades can be implemented to enhance the sustainability of buildings, equally a focus on engaging with the individuals who live and work in your buildings is also vitally important.
