Analysis
Assess current operations to identify the difference between an organizations/ buildings current state (policies, practices, procedures) and a desired or required future state. This analysis can be used to then set out a path towards achieving these new goals.
Site/Building Condition Assessments
Conduct a detailed inspection and evaluation of a building's physical condition, including its structure, systems, and components. It helps identify any deficiencies, potential problems, and areas for improvement. Area for review include: site and grounds, building envelope, Interior building components such as interior finishes of common areas & resident areas, mechanical systems, and regulatory compliance.
Standards of Practice (SOP's)
Establish guidelines, expectations and standard operating procedures that ensure the delivery of high-quality service and rental housing. They outline a minimum set of common expectations for operations, communications and decision making.
Process Reviews/Operational Audits
Review current operational processes and identify areas for improvement, such as maintenance procedures, tenant communication protocols, and leasing strategies.
PSN examines current operating policies, practices and procedures, highlighting areas where improvements and/or changes are potentially required.
Beyond conducting thorough site assessments, PSN prepares a final written report that identifies potential areas that do not meet standards or where there are potential issues in order to conform to industry standards.
