Deborah Cohen is an accomplished professional with over 25 years experience in developing strong, effective organizations, projects and programs. Her expertise is in defining, shaping and building initiatives into dynamic, vital and workable services. She brings a breadth of knowledge and practical experience in leadership and strategic policy development, operations management and training, accessibility and inclusion, development and execution of pragmatic research. Deborah's experience cuts across business, government and the not-for-profit sectors.
Deborah has worked to support the multi-residential housing sector as a leader, consultant, trainer and auditor to the property management and housing industry. She has provided knowledge, expertise and tools to ONPHA – the Ontario Not for Profit Housing Association, CHF - the Co-op Housing Federation of Canada, ACMO- the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, the GTAA – the Greater Toronto Apartment Association, the City of Toronto’s Tower Renewal Program and individual property management companies. She has also worked extensively with FRPO the Federation of Rental Housing providers of Ontario and its Certified Rental Building Program conceptualizing, designing, enhancing and running the CRBP and its Living Green Together certification, expanding its national sphere of influence and helping to solidify its reputation as a leading ESG focused and GRESB approved operational green building certification program.
